Is sign-up required?
No sign-up is required. However, creating an account makes managing your rooms much easier.
Is it free to use?
Basic features are free. Business members can also use IP restrictions, View Passwords, email notifications, and CSV downloads.
What does "fair response collection" mean?
Until publication time, even the ROOM creator cannot see response content. Everyone follows the same rules, so participants can answer independently without being influenced by earlier responses. If "Show Progress" is selected, responses and respondent names are visible immediately to everyone.
How many responses can each person submit?
The creator sets the maximum from 1 to 10. Participants see the same number of response fields.
What does "Hide Respondent Names" mean?
While responses are open, the names of people who have responded are shown. After publication, only response content is shown. Responses are sorted alphabetically so submission order does not reveal who wrote them.
Can the ROOM creator see responses early?
No. The same publication rules apply to the creator and participants. If "Show Progress" is selected, everyone sees each response immediately.
Can I change my response?
Yes. Until the deadline, you can edit or delete your own response from the same device. The ROOM creator cannot change participant responses.
Can published results be edited?
No. Submitted responses and published results cannot be modified by the ROOM creator.
What if the minimum respondent count is not reached?
The ROOM is not established and its results remain hidden. A minimum respondent count cannot be set for Show Progress rooms.
Can I download responses?
After publication, a Business member who created the ROOM can download response data as CSV. Respondent names are included only when the response type publishes names. Comments are not included.
What can I manage in my ROOM?
Before publication, you can edit the title, description, visibility settings, and title color, or duplicate/delete the ROOM. Core response rules, publication time, and submitted responses cannot be edited. Business members can archive a ROOM after publication.
Can I reset my Admin Password?
No. Admin Passwords cannot be reset. Please save it safely when creating a ROOM. Members can manage their ROOMs by logging in.
Do Response Room URLs expire?
No. A Response Room URL does not expire unless the ROOM is deleted or archived.
Can I share a Response Room on social media?
Absolutely. You can share the ROOM URL or QR code with anyone you want to invite.
