Is sign-up required?
No sign-up is required. However, creating an account makes managing your rooms much easier.
Is it free to use?
Basic features are free. You can unlock advanced features with our paid plans.
What does "fair voting" mean?
Organizers (Room Creators) cannot see individual votes or results beforehand. Results are revealed to everyone simultaneously at the scheduled time via the shared URL, ensuring a truly unbiased and transparent process.
How is this different from other online voting tools?
Many tools show real-time results, which can lead to "peer pressure" or bias later voters. Also, organizers often have special access to see private ballots. Voting Room levels the playing field—organizers follow the same rules as participants, ensuring total equality.
Can the organizer see the results early?
No. Results remain hidden from everyone, including the organizer, until the reveal time. (Note: If "Real-time" mode is selected, results are visible immediately to everyone.)
Can I change my vote?
Yes. Until the reveal time, you can edit your own vote from the same device. Organizers cannot change anyone's vote.
Can results be edited?
No. Once results are finalized, they cannot be modified by anyone, including the organizer.
What can I manage in my Room?
Before the reveal: You can edit the Title, Description, Visibility Settings, and Title Color, or duplicate/delete the Room.
After the reveal: You can only duplicate the Room, archive it (after 3 days), or delete it (after 3 days). Business members can still edit basic info after the reveal.
Core voting rules (Type, Candidates, Max Votes, etc.), Reveal Time, and Results can never be edited.
To manage a Room, you need an Admin Password (for guests) or to be logged in (for members).
Can I reset my Admin Password?
No. Admin Passwords cannot be reset. Please make sure to save it safely during room creation.
Do the URLs have an expiration date?
No, Voting Room URLs do not expire.
