Is registration required?

No, you can use the service without registration. However, creating an account allows you to manage your raffle history more conveniently.

Is it free to use?

Yes, the core features are available for free. Our paid plans offer additional features and convenience for heavy users.

What happens if there are more participants than raffle items?

Once all tickets are drawn, a message saying "All raffle tickets have been drawn" will appear, and no more participants can join.
However, if you enable "Losing" tickets in "Simultaneous Release" mode, an unlimited number of participants can join even if the main raffle items are exhausted.
In "Simultaneous Release" mode, the draw for everyone is executed all at once on the specified release date.

What is "Advance Notification" mode?

In this mode, the result is determined instantly when a participant clicks "Draw". The person who draws can see it immediately, but others won’t see it until the announcement date.
While they can confirm their own result, the public list will show their status as "Waiting for reveal."

Can the same number be drawn twice in a number raffle?

No. Numbers are drawn from a specified range, and once a number is drawn, it is removed from the pool. Each number appears only once.

Can the host check the results in advance?

No. Even the host cannot see other participants' results until the release date (except for their own draw). This ensures high fairness for everyone.

Can I edit the raffle results or settings?

No. Once a room is created, neither the draw results nor the core raffle settings (items, dates, etc.) can be modified. If you made a mistake, please delete the room and create a new one.

What can I do in Room Management?

You can edit the room's title, description, and privacy settings, or delete the room altogether.
To access management, non-members require the admin password set during room creation, while registered members just need to be logged in.

Can I reset my admin password?

No, admin passwords cannot be reset or reissued. Please make sure to keep your password safe.

Is there an expiration date for the Raffle Room URL?

No, URLs do not expire.
