Is sign-up required?
No sign-up is required. However, creating an account makes managing your rooms much easier.
Is it free to use?
Basic features are free. You can unlock advanced features with our paid plans.
What does "fair drawing" mean?
Organizers (Room Creators) cannot see the results beforehand. Results are revealed to everyone simultaneously at the scheduled time via the shared URL, ensuring a truly fair and transparent process.
How is this different from other online tools?
Most tools show results instantly. While that works if everyone is together, it lacks transparency for remote groups or online communities. Draw Room ensures fairness by allowing you to share the URL first and reveal the results at a specific time.
Can the organizer see the results early?
No. Even the organizer cannot see the results until the scheduled time. In fact, the drawing isn't even processed until that exact moment.
Can results be edited?
No. Results cannot be modified by anyone, including the organizer.
Can I redo a drawing?
You cannot redo a drawing for the same Room URL. You can create a new Room, but it will have a different URL. The results for a specific URL are permanent and never change.
What can I manage in my Room?
Before the draw: You can edit the Title, Description, Visibility Settings, and Title Color, or duplicate/delete the Room.
After the draw: You can only duplicate the Room, archive it (after 3 days), or delete it (after 3 days). Business members can still edit basic info after the draw.
Core settings (Type, Members, Groups, etc.), Draw Time, and Results can never be edited.
To manage a Room, you need an Admin Password (for guests) or to be logged in (for members).
Can I reset my Admin Password?
No. Admin Passwords cannot be reset. Please make sure to save it safely during room creation.
Do the URLs have an expiration date?
No, Draw Room URLs do not expire.
