Draft Room FAQ

No sign-up is required. However, creating an account makes managing your rooms much easier.

Basic features are free. You can unlock advanced features with our paid plans.

The system collects everyone's ranked preferences and uses an automated algorithm to determine the most equitable allocation. There is no room for manual manipulation by organizers, and since results are hidden until the reveal time, the entire process is strictly fair.

No. Results remain hidden from everyone, including the organizer, until the reveal time. (Note: If "Real-time" mode is selected, everyone can see the status immediately.)

Yes. Until the reveal time, you can edit your own preferences from the same device. Organizers cannot modify participants' choices.

No. Once allocations are finalized, they cannot be modified by anyone, including the organizer.

Before the reveal: You can edit the Title, Description, Visibility Settings, and Title Color, or duplicate/delete the Room.
After the reveal: You can only duplicate the Room, archive it (after 3 days), or delete it (after 3 days). Business members can still edit basic info after the reveal.
Core allocation settings (Candidates, Capacity, Comments, etc.) and the Reveal Time cannot be changed once created.
To manage a Room, you need an Admin Password (for guests) or to be logged in (for members).

No. Admin Passwords cannot be reset. Please make sure to save it safely during room creation.

No, Draft Room URLs do not expire.
