No sign-up is required. However, creating an account makes managing your rooms much easier.

Basic features are free. You can unlock advanced features with our paid plans.

Organizers (Room Creators) cannot see individual responses or results beforehand. Results are revealed to everyone simultaneously at the scheduled deadline, ensuring a truly unbiased process where participants can answer honestly without peer pressure.

Many tools show real-time results, which can influence how people respond or create "follow-the-leader" bias. Also, organizers often have special access to see private availability. Planning Room ensures total equality—organizers follow the same rules as participants, ensuring honest and transparent coordination.

No. Results remain hidden until the deadline. (Note: If "Real-time" mode is selected, results are updated immediately for everyone.)

Yes. Until the deadline, you can edit your own entry from the same device. Organizers cannot change anyone's availability.

No. Once the deadline passes and results are revealed, they cannot be modified by anyone, including the organizer.

Before the deadline: You can edit the Title, Description, Visibility Settings, and Title Color, or duplicate/delete the Room.
After the deadline: You can only duplicate the Room, archive it (after 3 days), or delete it (after 3 days). Business members can still edit basic info after the deadline.
Core scheduling rules (Type, Candidate Dates, Comments, etc.) and the Deadline cannot be changed once created.
To manage a Room, you need an Admin Password (for guests) or to be logged in (for members).

No. Admin Passwords cannot be reset. Please make sure to save it safely during room creation.

No, Planning Room URLs do not expire.
